1 big cucumber
400 gr Bulgarian or Greek yogurt
3 cloves or 2 stems garlic
300 ml water
1 – 1.5 tsp salt
1. Put the garlic in a food processor and pulse a couple of times. (or smash and chop finely)
2. Add the peeled cucumber sliced on 1 cm pieces and pulse until finely chopped. (or grate it)
3. Add the yogurt and the salt and pulse a couple more times. (or stir)
4. Transfer into a small pot, add the water and stir.
5. Sprinkle with dill.
6. Serve well chilled
