500 gr cottage cheese
200 gr mayonnaise
1 big or 2 small green peppers
100 gr olives
1 big or 2-3 small cloves of garlic
cumin (I love cumin, so I used a bit less than 2 tsp, but that’s A LOT so I advise you to try with less and add more if needed)
1. Dice the pepper and the olives and add them to a bowl.
2. Pass the garlic through a garlic press or crush it in a mortar and pestle and add it to the bowl.
3. Add everything else and mix until combined. You can serve it right away or keep it in an air tight container in the fridge for a couple of days. Serve it with a baguette or as an appetizer
